Our Cost Projection service offers a streamlined, cost-effective option focused solely on estimating the future cost of care. It is based on a simplified review of medical records and does not include a client evaluation or full Life Care Plan analysis. This service includes:
Targeted medical records review (3 hours included, additional hours may be billed separately)
Identification of key ongoing and future treatment needs
Research-supported cost estimates for expected medical care, therapies, medications, and related services
Concise report summarizing projected financial obligations
This option is best for cases requiring quick, straightforward cost estimates without the depth of a full Life Care Plan.

Our CME/IME and Record Review service provides an objective, medically grounded assessment of a client’s diagnosis, causation, and clinical needs without projecting future costs. This service includes:
Detailed review of medical records, imaging, and prior evaluations (2 hours of record review and 1 hour of patient examination and interview included, additional hours billed separately)
Independent medical evaluation (IME) or compulsory medical examination (CME), if requested
Clear, unbiased clinical findings regarding diagnosis, treatment appropriateness, causation, and prognosis
Written medical opinion summarizing the evaluator’s conclusions
This service is ideal when parties need objective medical clarification but do not require long-term cost projections.

Our comprehensive Life Care Plan is the gold-standard, full-service evaluation designed for cases requiring a detailed, defensible projection of future medical needs. This package includes:
Complete medical record review (all relevant medical, therapy, imaging, and surgical documentation)
In-person or virtual client evaluation performed by a qualified medical professional
Thorough assessment of current impairments, clinical needs, and long-term functional impact
Research-based projections of medical, therapeutic, and supportive care needs across the client’s lifespan
A detailed Life Care Plan report outlining future treatment recommendations and itemized future cost estimates
Medical justification and citations to support every recommendation
10 hours of services included with package. Additional hours will be billed separately.
This service is appropriate for complex cases, litigation matters, and clients who need a fully supported, comprehensive future-care roadmap.
