Life Care Dr. was founded in 2018 in Tampa, Florida, with a mission to provide clear, medically grounded guidance for individuals facing long-term health challenges. We are a physician-owned and physician-run organization, servicing clients across the entire state of Florida. All of our life care planners are double board-certified physicians with specialized training in Life Care Planning, and clinical backgrounds in spine, joint, and rehabilitation medicine.

Our work began after seeing countless clinical patients struggle with uncertainty following an injury—often asking the same essential question: “What will my future look like?” We created Life Care Dr. to deliver answers rooted in evidence, experience, and compassion.
